Encore Entertainment uses the very best in audio and lighting equipment. We recently aquired the Bose L1 sound system and it is the centerpiece of our audio equipment. We are the ONLY DJ service in Sacramento using this system. Why? As Sacramento's Best entertainment company we believe we should offer the very best equipment. Most DJ services don't invest in the Bose system because the basic system costs over $5,000 (depending on the configuration, ours was $11,600) where most DJ's can get by with an $800 investment in a cheaper, more traditional sound system.

What makes the Bose system so special? Anyone who has ever heard a bose home entertainment system knows it produces amazing sound. The professional L1 system is designed for large events and produces the clearest, cleanest sound you've ever heard. It produces even volume throughout the entire room.

Have you ever attended a wedding where you were unfortunate enough to have a table next to one of the DJ's speakers? You could barely hear yourself talk, let alone converse with others. Have you ever been to an event where the echo was so bad you could hardly understand the dj or person giving the toast? The technology created by Bose eliminates both of these problems. The volume level right next to the speaker is the same volume level you'll hear 60 ft across the room. It's hard to comprehend but that's how it works. This has to do with the way it creates sound. This same technology elliminates feedback (that sqweel sound you sometimes hear when some is speaking on a microphone).

The image below shows how the Bose L1 system projects sound. The Bose L1 has balanced, even coverage 178 degrees around the L1 speaker.

The Bose system is also very eligant looking and blends well with the venue. With our lighting we work hard to create a beautiful and balanced scene. The Bose system fits perfectly into this environment. At first look most people don't even realize it's a speaker. At nearly every event someone approaches to comment on how good the sound quality is and asks us where our speakers are. When we point them out they can't believe the beautiful, full, rich sound they are hearing comes from these 4" wide, 7' tall "sticks."
